At Australian Treasures, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If that is not the case, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging.

• Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.

• The cost of returning is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

How to return?

1. Register your return via email: info@australiantreasures.com with your order number.

2. You will receive the return instructions from us.

3. Send the package back to the specified address.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days via the same payment method you used.
