Returns

With a few exceptions, you have a fourteen working day reflection period after receiving your order. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within fourteen days without giving any reason. If your product is unexpectedly defective, this does not fall under the reflection period, please refer to the warranty section.

The following rules apply to returning products during the reflection period:

  1. You will receive the purchase amount excluding shipping costs back within 10 days after receiving your return.
  2. The shipping costs for returning are at your expense.
  3. The reflection period does not apply to perishable products.
  4. Sealed CDs and DVDs must not have been opened.
  5. Products must be returned in the original packaging.
  6. The reflection period does not apply to time-bound products.

With your order, you will find an attached coupon with the return address clearly visible. You can use this coupon as an address label to return your package.

In case of (transport) damage, you should always report it. We will then discuss with you what to do. In case of damage or manufacturing defects, the return costs will always be reimbursed.

Warranty

All products at Australian Treasures are manually selected for quality. Unfortunately, it may still happen that a product does not meet the requirements. Below you will find the steps you can take if your product does not work properly.

Damage upon delivery

Did you receive an item that is directly defective? Then contact us within seven days. Always check your product upon delivery for transport damage! If damage occurred during transport, make it known to the TNT delivery person, you can then sign that the package was delivered with damage. We can then claim the damage from PostNL. Australian Treasures will then send a new copy, or in agreement with you, a replacement product as soon as possible.

Damage during longer use

Has your product become defective during use? Then contact us. Depending on the age and damage to the product, we will come to a solution with you, this may include; a new product, repair, or your money back.
